VIZIO Support Team wins 2012 Stevie Awards

Congrats to our VIZIO Support Team for winning multiple 2012 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service! More than 1,000 entries from organizations in every industry were submitted to this year’s competition, an increase of almost 30 percent over 2011. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 93 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges.

VIZIO Dakota Dunes Contact Center was honored in the following categories:

• Contact Center of the Year – Silver Stevie Winner
• Best Use of Technology in Customer Service – Bronze Stevie Winner
• Young Customer Service Professional of the Year – Bronze Stevie Winner
• Customer Service Team of the Year – Bronze Stevie Winner
